Louie and Junior were complete professionals helping me out today. They represent Cars and Toys perfectly. I WILL do much future business here and so will my friends.

I had a great experience with Car Toys. James was super helpful in picking out new speakers. Then I ended up wanting to upgrade literally the day after and they took me right in and helped me out. The install and drop off process is as easy as it gets. James even cranked out my subs in one afternoon. The customer service was great. He’s the guy for sure!

I took my truck to Car Toys to have them program my remote start so it would lock and unlock my doors—something I was originally told would be a simple programming job. Instead, they fed me some complete nonsense about needing to buy extra parts just to make it work. Fine, whatever, I brushed that off. But here’s where it really goes downhill. After they “finished,” they called me to pick up my truck. I get on the highway, and my hood is literally shaking because these idiots couldn’t even manage to close it properly. That alone is already unacceptable. Then today, I’m vacuuming my truck and find out these clowns didn’t even bother putting the remote start components back where they belong under the dash near the emergency brake. They cut the zip ties and just left everything hanging loose like they didn’t give a damn. Absolute joke of a job. Careless, sloppy, and completely unprofessional from start to finish.

Brought in a pair of headlights to get ppf, got them back from them and all corners started peeling back the very next day. Took the truck back in to get it fixed and the truck sat in the same parking spot out front for 8+ plus hrs and never got fixed. Take your high end items elsewhere
